If you have a personal story to share about how health insurance has affected your life, your work, your organization, or your community, please share your story with us! Your story will put a human face on the issue and help the media, researchers, nonprofits, and other groups understand the importance of providing Texas kids with affordable and comprehensive health care.

Click here to read our confidentiality agreement.Because the main purpose of this request is to help policy makers, the media, and members of the public understand the human consequences of health care in Texas, we appreciate your willingness to share your stories publicly. If you request, we will keep the information you provide confidential to the extent that the law allows. If you do authorize us to use your story in our efforts we will need your name and contact information so that we may verify the information you provide.
With your consent, we foresee using the stories we collect in the following ways:
Stories will be posted on our web site in a searchable format, so that you and visitors to our site can read them.
The Texas Finish Line Campaign will use the information provided in these stories to help policy makers, the media, and members of the public understand the problems Texas families face enrolling and renewing children in Medicaid and CHIP, and the challenges families who earn a little too much for CHIP face finding affordable coverage for their kids.
